Neboya Shima Bettei is a newly opened (September 2024) boutique onsen ryokan in Ise-Shima, Mie Prefecture, featuring just 9 ocean-view guest rooms and its own rare private hot spring source. Seven rooms include private open-air onsen baths, and guests can freely use five additional private baths throughout the property. The ryokan specializes in fresh Ise-Shima seafood cuisine including Ise lobster, abalone, and Matsusaka beef, all prepared in a bespoke style tailored daily by the chef.
